The App Flow is a 5-minute process that starts with customizing the appearance of your BASE by Wiivv insoles, followed by the foot digitization process.
The items you need to have ready are:
- Purchase Code and an smart phone
- Piece of standard A4/US letter-sized paper
- Well-lit room with a clearly defined wall and hard floor
- Controlled environment without people walking by
- (Bare feet!)
We will walk you through the process with a series of videos in the app to help you complete the process that will give us all of the information we need to build you a body-perfect insole.
