We are sending the promo codes out in waves—that will be contingent upon the reward tier that you backed us for. We will be proactively sending you notifications about this.

Once you receive the code, it is up to you to flow through the app to complete the process. We will keep in touch if we see that you have not finished this section, but we will be manufacturing pairs as they come through our pipeline through the app! The faster you digitize, the faster you will get your insoles!
