How to use – Step-by-step guide on getting started with Wiivv

Step 1: Remove your new custom, 3D printed insoles from their box.

Step 2: Insert on top of your current insoles. The ultra low profile of BASE was designed to fit over top of your current insoles – so there is no reason to remove your current shoes insert.

Step 3: Have a ball! We included a massaging ball for you to help strengthen your arch. Keep your feet happy and give it a spin after a long day on your Wiivvs.

Proper Care Instructions – Your First Few Steps with Wiivv

Day 1: Wear for 1-2 hours. Like with every new insole, there may be a break-in period where they feel weird under your feet. This is normal and to be expected. If your arch is not used to having custom support, you will most likely feel pressure under your arch. This is normal – however, if it persists and is uncomfortable, please let us know at [email protected]

Day 2: Wear for 3-5 hours. After your first day, your feet should be getting used to the new custom support – up your wear time to half a day. If you still find your Wiivvs uncomfortable, please let us know at [email protected]

First athletic use: Before using them for any athletic activities, ensure your feet have had enough time to get accustomed to their newfound support. This shouldn't take more than 2 days of common wear.

How to Clean: To clean your insoles, we recommend using a damp cloth with mild soap and water to clean the top sheet and outer shell of your insoles. Don't put them near a source of heat – simply leave them out to air-dry.
